I’m just a chef

Hello everybody,
I was asked a short while ago to write something for our blog… I’m not the kind of guy who is into writing and I’ve never heard about blogging before. I’m simply a chef. I love cooking. I love the restaurant business. That’s it.
Since I’ve seen what you can do with a blog I’m pretty fascinated and I would like to be a part of it. Most of all I would like to share stories. I love stories. The restaurant business and the daily work in the kitchen is sometimes pretty stressful and you need to let off steam from time to time - which ends mostly in a joke or in some foolishness. After more than 25 years in this business, you can imagine that every time I have a get-together with friends who are also chefs, the memories are come rolling out 
I also would like to come up from time to time with some recipes in this blog. If you have any questions about something you would like to cook at home - I would love to help you. Let’s start with this new thing “blogging”… I’m curious.
