About Us
For so many people, the process of planning a wedding can seem intimidating and complex: the ceremony, the rehearsal, the reception …the flowers, the decorations, the table settings…the invitations, the accommodations, the transportation… the food, the wine, the cake… There is so much to think about! Tralee has considered each of these components, many times over.

We understand that you are planning an entire wedding, and as much as you are interested in the specifics of each individual component, in the end, what you are really looking for is a beautiful, memorable day and that is why we are not simply a ceremony site, we are not simply a reception hall, and we are not simply a catering company. We are a wedding facility and we want to make sure that each component of your wedding comes together cohesively. We are invested in the details and the bigger picture. We are interested in making your day a spectacular one, and we are interested in making the planning as simple as possible for you.

The Traditional Wedding Package: Gold, Silver or A La Carte
The Set Up and Rehearsal:
Because we know there is a demand for your time during the week leading up to your wedding, our staff will set up the upper and lower hall with linens and table settings on Thursday and the hall is ready available on Friday for your decorating. The bride and groom also have access to the facility during the week of their wedding and what is great about this is that a lot of couples decide to take advantage of this by having their rehearsal dinner in the Hall.

The Ceremony:
Tralee wedding facility is a stunning country estate set on 140 acres in the Caledon hills. The property offers many breathtaking sites for the ceremony, including weeping willow trees, rustic gazebos, and a picturesque pond (complete with white swans!). At Tralee’s entrance, our staff stand waiting to greet your guests and offer direct them to the ceremony site. To top it off, the bride is brought to the ceremony site by horse and carriage. During the ceremony there is the option of a water station, great for those warm summer days, and after the ceremony you have the option of having a champagne toasting.

The Reception:
After the ceremony guests are welcome to come to the reception hall. If you should select our Gold All Inclusive Package, your guests will be greeted with beverage and canapé service for two hours while the wedding party takes advantage of our picturesque property for their photos.

Dinner Service:
Since Tralee is a facility that suits both formal and semi formal receptions, we’ve created a variety of package options to match every type of event. Our dinner service is available in three different styles;

We’ve created endless menu options to suit your individual needs, and are more than happy to cater to any specific themes or favourite dishes that you might have your heart set on!

Food service typically lasts around 2 hours, but our service does not end there. With full bar service a coffee and tea station, and late night buffet (with cold cuts, fresh bread and condiments as well as imported and domestic cheese compositions), we ensure your guest will continue to have a great time even after dinner service is over.

Beverage Service:
In terms of beverage services, there are a number of different options available to suit your needs:

After the Reception:
Just because the party is over, it doesn’t mean the planning ends. There are still a lot of things you will want to consider with regards to the end of the reception, such as transportation for you and your guests as well as accommodations. There are a number of options for transportation and we are more than happy to refer you to some great local limousine or cab companies, and we can even arrange transportation for your guests with Denny’s Bus Line. We also have great accommodation cards with referrals for you to send your guests.

With all the details covered by our experienced staff, you can feel free to celebrate your special day, worry free – and so can your guests!
