So, we have covered a lot of details about your wedding reception so far, but there is one more important thing to consider: Bar and Beverage Service.

Our wedding venue is fully licensed (with a catering endorsement liquor license), and our Bar and Beverage Service includes: 5 standard liquors, beers, spirits and wines and a variety of non- alcoholic beverages. Mixes, garnishes & ice are included.e

Depending on what type of reception you are looking to have, Tralee Wedding Facility has a few options for you in terms of Bar and Beverage Service:

Traditional Package
The Traditional Package provides you with two different Beverage Service options:

ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGES:
We have all inclusive packages in hopes of making all of your planning a little easier on you. With our all inclusive packages, we have two different options available to you:

All Inclusive Gold Package:
• Two hours of full beverage service following the ceremony
• Wine service during dinner service
• Four hours of open beverage service after dinner service
(Bar upgrades of bar nuts, pretzels and banana chips are also included in this package.)

All Inclusive Silver Package:
• Wine service during dinner
• Four hours of open beverage service after dinner service

A la Carte:
If all inclusive packages are not for you, we also have the a la Carte option. Here, you have the option of a Host Bar or a Cash Bar. With the Host Bar, all beverages are on one master bill based on consumption and bottles opened throughout the event. Cash Bar allows your guests to pay for their drinks. The beverage service for a la Carte is the same as the Inclusive Packages, it simply offers another form of payment.

Cocktail Style Package
The Cocktail Package also has several options to choose from:

• Cash Bar allows your guests to pay for their drinks
• Host Bar charges beverages to one master bill, based on consumption and bottles opened throughout the event
• Martini Bar is an option specifically made for the Cocktail Style Package. This bar provides an opportunity to make your wedding stand out from every other wedding: you have an unlimited number of options in terms of the types of drinks you would like to include on your Martini Menu and you can always select an ice sculpture to make the presentation of this bar all the more unique!

Chefs Menu Package
For the Chefs Menu Package, we offer the same two hours of full beverage service after the ceremony. Unique to this package is our refined Wine Service during dinner. Our chefs will select the perfect wines to compliment the unique flavours in each course. We can even create personalized menus for your guests, describing the origin, flavours and aromas of each of the wines which have been selected for your menu!
