Have you ever wondered how a restaurant really runs behind the curtain? Have you watched food channel and wished you could be there to experience it by yourself – just for a day?

Take the chance! Cook with a Chef is an excellent opportunity to experience a whole day with the Executive Chef Patrick Venables and the whole team of One99 Restaurant.

You job-shadow and work alongside the chefs and learn how to create recipes, plate presentation and garnishing dishes. It’s a great chance to witness the artistry and the creatively built plates.

You can ask all the questions you’ve ever had about food and the restaurant industry.

You are learning the following work stations:

“Garde Manger” (the craft of the cold kitchen)
“Entre Metier” (preparation of starch and vegetables)
“Rotisserie” (the butchery and cooking of meats)
“Saucier” (preparation of stocks and sauces)
“Patisserie” (specializing in sweets and desserts)
“Gastronomy” (preparing the food and the art of appreciation)

At the end of the day you can ‘harvest the fruits of your labour’ and sit down and enjoy an awesome dinner.

Your adventure will begin at 2:00pm on your chosen day.

Dinner service starts at 5:00pm .

TThe "finale" will take place around 8:00pm when you will be dining with our head chef, excluding and alcoholic beverages.
